Precarriage and OnCarriage from INTTRA message
The Transportation Manager adjusts the existing booking-load schedule as part of the booking revision based on the response message from INTTRA for missing or incomplete Information (Such as PreCarriage, and OnCarriage sections).
Booking revision received without or incomplete precarriage segment
TM adjusts the existing load schedule for DoorToPort, DoorToDoor, when booking revision does not consist of <TransportationDetails TransportMode="RoadTransport"(or) “RailTransport” TransportStage="PreCarriage"> segment or PreCarriage Segment is present but having missing or incomplete information on PortOfLoad “EarliestDeparture" "DateTime” and/or PortOfDischarge “EstimatedArrival” “DateTime” in the response message and when booking revision is accepted.
-
For without precarriage segment only: When a change is identified in the proposed vessel Departure Date/Time (1st Maritime Leg from response message). The date/time difference is computed as, X, by subtracting the proposed vessel departure date/time with the current vessel date/time. X may be Positive or negative.
-
For incomplete data on precarriage segment – When “UNLOC” is present, no need to adjust based on Maritime Leg, Since INTTRA mandatorily provides the Port of Loading/Port of Discharge (POL/POD) Locations, the TM takes the proposed one as it is and adjust the corresponding booking-load schedule entries.
-
When there is no change on the Maritime Leg, then the system would make no adjustments to existing precarriage entries. If any revision is proposed on either of EarliestDeparture DateTime and/or EstimatedArrival DateTime it will be written as-is in the corresponding booking-load entries
